Mining Construction Business Development Superintendent
Jakarta 

Responsibilities:
Identification of mining construction potential market segments
Analysis and evaluation of new project and renewal contract
Develop and maintain effective prospective and existing client relationships
Negotiate and successfully contract with counterparties in target markets both for new business and renewals.
Assisting the Business Development Manager in performing various managerial functions of the department
Ensure theproject preparation process untilhandoverto the operations team run according to a predetermined schedule
Ensure the process compliance with policies and department procedures

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Strong capability in interpreting Business Processes to the functions in Mining Construction Busdev
Having good relationship with mining sector industries, goverment etc
Good Project Management Skills
Good Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking Skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal & written)
Has strong Leadership capability
