DIBUTUHKAN SEGERA Sebuah Perusahaan Multinasional Tambang Batubara berlokasi di Kalimantan Tengah dan telah berproduksi dengan ijin PKP2B, membutuhkan beberapa tenaga kerja professional dinamis & kreatif, mempunyai track record bagus di bidangnya, untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama kami, dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :
1. CCP (Coal Crushing Plant) Sr Spv Key Accountabilities:
• Menguasai Crushing Plant Construction, Operation & Maintenance.
• Dapat membuat jadwal aktivitas dan target kerja produksi.
• Dapat mengoperasikan crushing equipment
• Terbiasa mengatur ROM coal blending dan product stockpile untuk proses dan pengapalan sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan.
• Memahami proses pemuatan batubara ke tongkang
• Memiliki skill dan pengetahuan dalam analisa batubara, proses pencampuran batubara (coal blending), pengoperasian alat berat, genset, dll)
• Terbiasa dengan system kerja shift
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan kontraktor maupun masyarakat sekitar.
• Familiar dengan management stockpile batubara.
Spesific Requirements :
• Lebih disukai pria, usia min 30 th
• Minimal pendidikan S1 dari Universitas terkemuka, diutamakan dari tehnik pertambangan/metalurgi
• Pengalaman min 5 tahun pada perusahaan manufacturing / industri, dan lebih disukai pengalaman pada perusahaan Tambang batu bara
• Penempatan di Remote area – Kalimantan Tengah, kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik, dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan mengerti bahasa Inggris
• Memikili inisiatif, bertanggungjawab, good team work.

2. Blasting Engineer - Menyiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana bulanan pemakaian bahan peledak sesuai dengan rencana kerja yang telah disetujui
- Menyiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana pembelian bahan peledak sesuai dengan rencana kerja dan level stock inventory; Menyerahkan kepada atasan untuk dikaji ulang, termasuk melakukan pemesanan bahan peledak sesuai dengan rencana pembelian yang telah disetujui, apabila Kepala Gudang Handak tidak berada di tempat
- Mengontrol dan memonitor permintaan dan penggunaan bahan peledak milik kontraktor sesuai dengan kegiatan peledakan di tambang, termasuk memonitor proses pengambilan dan penyimpanan bahan peledak di gudang, dan melaporkan kepada atasan untuk dikaji ulang
- Memonitor proses peledakan area tambang sesuai dengan rencana kerja, termasuk memastikan ketepatan penggunaan jumlah dan jenis bahan peledak
- Menyiapkan data untuk penyusunan laporan pemakaian bahan peledak kepada Kepala Teknik Tambang
- Memberikan informasi apabila terjadi penyimpangan kepada atasan untuk mengantisipasi issue2 potential yang dapat terjadi dan berkoordinasi dengan atasannya dan departemen lain yang terkait berdasarkan tingkat kewenangannya
General requirement :
• Male min age 25 years old
• Minimal S1 Jurusan Tambang
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang yang sama dalam industri/ perusahaan sejenis
• Menguasai teknik eksploitasi batu bara, memahami kualitas batu bara, K3 dan lingkungan hidup, POP
• Kepemimpinan, kemampuan analisis, pengambilan keputusan, penyelesaian masalah
• Komunikasi, kerjasama, inisiatif, integritas, dan interpersonal skill
• Memiliki sertifikasi Kompetensi Juru Ledak Kelas II
• bersedia di tempatkan di remote area
3. Mine Plan Dept Head - Merencanakan, mengelola dan memonitor proses penyusunan rencana tahunan untuk desain tambang (mine plan) berdasarkan model geologi dengan memperhitungkan aspek keselamatan proses penambangan
- Menghitung dan menganalisis jumlah serta kualitas batu bara yang terkandung (coal reserve), stripping ratio yang bernilai ekonomis, target produksi batu bara berdasarkan rancangan tambang (mine design),
- Merencanakan lokasi dan proses pembuangan limbah dan overburden tambang,
- merencanakan area reklamasi dan penutupan tambang di masa yang akan datang
- Merencanakan dan memonitor penempatan unit/ alat penggalian tambang oleh kontraktor, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pemakaian jumlah dan jenis alat yang optimal sesuai dengan rencana dan target produksi;
- Memonitor kegiatan ekploitasi area tambang oleh unit produksi dan kontraktor untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan rencana pembukaan area tambang;
- Melakukan analisa ulang dan Memberikan rekomendasi bilamana terjadi penyimpangan maupun perubahan dari rencana desain tambang dan target produksi (misal : penyimpangan pada saat proses expolitasi dengan data geologis, dsb);
- Mengantisipasi hal -hal yg berpotensi dapat menimbulkan masalah di operational tambang
General requirement :
- S1 jurusan Geologi atau Tambang
- Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman level supervisor di bidang yang sama dalam industria/perusahaan sejenis
- Teknis geologi, menguasai software Mainscape, POP, pengetahuan K3 dan Lingkungan, pengetahuan mengenai open pit design
- Komunikasi, kerjasama, inisiatif, integritas, dan interpersonal skill
- Kepemimpinan, kemampuan analisis, pengambilan keputusan, penyelesaian masalah
