Requirements:
Male/ Female max 27 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 years of working experience in HR field (recruitment, people development, Compensation and benefits, HR General)
Have knowledge in HR business process
Familiar with psychological assessment tools & report is a plus point
Good communication, personality and interpersonal skill
Computer literate, detail, well organized
Honest, trustworthy, mature with positive attitude and pro active
Handling compensation and benefit
Good command in English, both oral and written
