Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
Requirements:
- Min D-3/S1 any discipline
- Min 5 years experience
- Having knowledge and understanding in all HR function especially in Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation and Industrial Relation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with plenty of data
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Willing to be located in Central Kalimantan
- Local people would be advantage
