Cost Control Engineer
Jakarta - Head Office

Requirements:

• Male/Female.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
• At least 3 years applicable experience in mining industry as Cost Control Engineer.
• Must have very good estimating skill, previously have performed in an estimating role on similar project.
• Preferably having experience or knowledge in business or finance.
• Must have good analytical, planning and organizational abilities
• Self motivated and very committed
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• To assist Geotechnical Section and AMD Geology Section in activities: Pit and dump slope analysis, evaluate and review geotechnical and AMD drilling data, evaluate ground water data, monitor infrastructure stability, create and update geotechnical modeling, AMD modelling the new mining area as efficiently & effectively with quality, safety and environment consideration

• Undertake Geotechnical and AMD drilling

• Undertake Geotechnical and AMD log description

• Undertake Geotech and AMD sampling

• Sample preparation for analysis Reporting

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Geology Engineering / Geotech or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): knowledge of geotechnical software ( slope w ), knowledge of field geo-tech drilling, have a good knowledge of a mining software(especially minescape or minex softwar, Geotech / Geological Engineering.

• Required language(s): English

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.(12 day off / year)

• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.

Plant Engineer

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Plant Support Superintendent, you will be responsible for monitor, analysis, and report the machine performance through JDE, InfoMINE, pareto analysis, condition monitoring tools, machine data download, and failure history. Responsible and accountable for engineering support on plant maintenance and planning related issues. This includes carrying out a data download program from the machine in regular basis; becoming the Plant Engineering support e.g. CIP, Product Update, Site Modification, Trial stage, etc; and, be a relief while Plant Planner away or on leave.

Requirements:

This position requires Mechanical Engineering degree with 3 years experiences in Planning, Reliability Engineer or similar role at the mining industry. Preferred a good talented person in data analysis; having good ability, analytical & problem solving process; dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures; understanding technique used for continous improvement program; and has experience with machine download will be preferred as well. The candidate should good communication skill, interaction internal/external parties, fluent in English both oral as well written and computer literacy.

In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to do well log interpretation, regional and field specific well correlation, creating geological models and work as a member of the technical team in undertaking risk assessment, technical presentation, developing new play concept, budget and AFE input.
